I am very blessed and fortunate to be the Operating Principal for Keller Williams Northern California & Hawaii and the Maryland/DC Regions.

Prior to the Operating Principle role, I had 6 years of Leading the Northern California and Hawaii Region as Regional Director and have eight years plus of experience as a Team Leader and opening new market centers in the Keller Williams system. I recently was the office manager/Team Leader for 480 associates at the Keller Williams Austin Northwest market center. I am also a partner and owner of Keller Williams Capital Properties in Fairfax, VA. This office was launched at the beginning of 2010 and has been profitable every month since 2011, that office got recognized as the Home Run Launch office in all of KW in America. Prior to the launching Fairfax, I was the Team Leader at Dallas Preston Road. At one point, Dallas Preston Road had 533 associates and was number 2 in all of KW in agent count and profitability.

In 2008, I was fortunate to receive the distinguished honor as one of NAR’s 30 under 30 Realtors.

I am passionate about Keller Williams and the future growth of the company. I am looking forward to Keller Williams expanding rapidly to other countries this year and beyond.

I’m very close to my family. Have wonderful parents and a sister and she has two children. My favorite passion is to play great golf courses with great friends and my dad…I also enjoy time at the lake house, traveling, and attending sporting events. I have a strong faith in the Good Lord and feel very blessed and lucky with all the opportunities that have come my way. My general view on life is: Wake up every day and be the very best you can be, live your passion, and make a difference in lives.
