Leann Harris

Regional Director

At age 22, Leann Harris invested in her first real estate property, and when she was 25 she became a business owner. And shortly thereafter she purchased her first commercial property in downtown Portland.

Ms. Harris’ resume includes mergers and acquisitions for an oil company, expansion into 22 states and the CEO for the Portland, OR Keller Williams office selling more than $11 billion in real estate under her leadership. She has recruited well over 1,800 agents into the KW franchises worldwide. The success of her businesses helped her be recognized and was given the award of Women of Influence by the Portland Business Journal and the Woman of Vision with the Daily Journal of Commerce.

In addition, Harris is an inspirational instructor who brings great insight as well as practical application to her classes. In 2016 she founded the company Airbnb&u. An approved course by Airbnb’s attorneys. This investment course has helped thousands of Realtors become certified in short-term rental wealth building as well as show real estate clients how to run an STR business and be profitable.

In 2017, Harris founded the 501c3 nonprofit Lifeline for Hope, which supports mental health and raises awareness for prevention. With this foundation, she is providing an avenue for resolution and a pathway to help individuals when they are at their most vulnerable. In 2021 she was given a coveted large donation from the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.

When Leann is not awarding franchises, coaching, recruiting, teaching, or team building, she enjoys watching her real estate investments grow on the Airbnb platform. She invests in the stock market and loves the chase of cryptocurrency. Harris is an avid reader and last but not least, has the greatest title of Mom to her 3 kids and her Doberman.

“Leann Harris is one of the most dynamic women I have ever had the opportunity to work with,” said colleague KT. “Not only is she forward-thinking, but her down-to-earth, quick-witted style allows her to be effective in mentoring agents and inspiring others. Her ability to mentor individuals based on their skill set and their own dreams have proven to change the lives of people across the country. She is helping them design a life worth living.”
