He brings more than two decades of Silicon Valley real estate experience, an exceptional record of production, and a reputation built on trusted relationships and highly personalized client service.

Over the last 12 months, David achieved an impressive $95,562,750 in sales volume across 39 units, demonstrating the strength and consistency of the business he has built throughout his career.

For more than two decades, David has served buyers and sellers throughout Silicon Valley with a strategic and client-focused approach. His accomplishments have earned him recognition among the Leading 100, which honors top individual real estate professionals in the Bay Area, as well as RealTrends America’s Best.

David is known for combining innovative marketing, skilled negotiation, strong market knowledge, and thoughtful communication to guide clients through every stage of their real estate journey. His clientele includes first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, retirees, and sellers relocating outside the area. Many of the relationships he develops continue well beyond the transaction through repeat and referral business.

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Economy, David previously worked in public relations and marketing for multinational companies including Coca-Cola, Hennessy, Procter & Gamble, NBC, and General Motors. The marketing, communication, and analytical expertise developed throughout his earlier career continues to play an important role in the strategic service he provides his real estate clients today.

Throughout his career, David has also participated in local real estate advisory boards and councils while building a strong network of respected professionals across the country. His in-depth understanding of Bay Area micro-markets, from the Peninsula to the South Bay, enables him to provide clients with informed guidance as market trends and opportunities evolve.

As a longtime resident of the Mountain View and Los Altos communities, David also brings firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods he serves, including local schools, transportation, shopping, and community lifestyle.
